The "incubator and company business hosting" intends to create companies and accompany them until their maturity stage and their development on the local, regional or international markets.

The INCUBATOR will offer a ‘nurturing’ environment for tenant companies and will provide qualifying new start-up businesses with a set of services adding ‘value’ to their stay in the incubator and to facilitate their creation and assist them until “graduation”, when they have the capacity to “survive” in the outside competitive environment.

Incubation Center

In addition to advice, the BDC will have a range of offices and light industrial units where new or expanding enterprises can establish and incubate their office or pilot production facilities with access to intranet and internet systems. These incubatees will avail of an intensive hand-holding support where the BDC team is effectively an internal management resource working with the project founders to accelerate development improving not only survival chances but the ultimate success of the enterprise.
